L’Arrimage has been helping people living with mental health problems integrating the labour market since 1976. Our clients face different obstacles in their attempts to find and maintain jobs. Our program helps these individuals overcome these difficulties and become active members of the workforce. 
We work in close collaboration with professionals from the Health and Employment fields all the while maintaining a direct link to the labour market. Our presences in these three spheres of activities help us offer a complete service to our clientele.
Our employment counsellors cooperate closely with mental health care professionals. The information we exchange contributes to the development of personalized intervention plans for our clients. This collaboration also plays a key role during the ongoing post-placement follow-ups we offer our clients. Working jointly with mental health professionals is essential. It allows us to better prepare the individual to obtain employment and it allows us to intervene rapidly so that our clients keep their jobs. Results speak for themselves!
Each year over 500 people are admitted to our service. Our Counsellors make over 300 job placements and refer 100 people to employability programs annually.
