Our services are offered on an individual basis in accordance with the client’s needs and capabilities. They are offered free of charge to residents of Montreal and Laval who meet our eligibility requirements.
EligibilityOur services are directed to people who have been diagnosed with a mental health problem. A referral form, completed by a mental health professional, is required to have access to our services. These forms are available by contacting our offices.Participants must :
